What is WardrobeCompanion

• The iPhone/iPod Touch version is a scaled version of  WardrobePlanner, WardrobeAssistant and WardrobeTools  with "View Only" capabilities.
• The iPad version is a full  version of  WardrobePlanner, WardrobeAssistant and WardrobeTools with some minor limitations.
• It DOES NOT  have sync capabilities to the master files that reside on the computer but will pass data to and from via the import and export of data. Although this is doable, it is not very practical and can be dangerous to your data in a multi-user environment.
• A better alternative would be for the computer or server that is hosting the Master databases to have remote access available. Then any of the mobile devices can access the master files live and thus data will be current at all times!
• Our mobile applications are driven by mobile iVersions of Filemaker Pro called FMGO which must be purchased and installed through iTunes.
• The master databases residing on the computer can then be copied to your mobile device. Your data must be updated according to your needs.

What WardrobeCompanion is NOT:

• It is not a stand-alone smart phone App as you might know iPhone Apps to be
• It can not be setup without first interfacing with the computer based companions WardrobePlanner, WardrobeAssistant or WardrobeTools
• It is not the full version of WardrobePlanner, WardrobeAssistant or WardrobeTools

What does WardrobeCompanion do for you?

• Carry your clothing inventory and accompanying photos of wardrobe items without the computer
• Carry your existing assembled outfits including photos
• Assemble outfits without your computer being present and later pass them to the computer version
• Carry/Create clothing Wish Lists. This allows you to take photos with your phone camera directly into WardrobeCompanion
• Compare items from your wish list to items in your inventory.
• Assemble outfits on the fly based on new items (while in a store) with existing items from your wardrobe
• Create a PDF file of that outfit and email it to a friend or client for their feedback
• You can shoot your entire clothing inventory directly into WardrobeCompanion with your SmartPhone Camera and then synch to your computer and pass the photos and clothing records to your computer version of WardrobePlanner, WardrobeAssistant and WardrobeTools.
• Carry your Laundry, Clothing Consignments, Clothing Donation and Clothing Travel lists.
• Has a Phonebook: You can call, email and retrieve maps (based on addresses in phonebook) directly from within WardrobeCompanion and more...
